The 40th EFFoST International Conference 2026 will be hosted by the Poznań University of Life Sciences (PULS) with the scientific support of national partners and will be held in the charming city of Poznań in Poland.

Food systems face a dual challenge: dependence on natural resources and increasing environmental pressures. Join us to explore innovative solutions across the entire food chain in five different subthemes. By bringing together science, industry, and digital innovation, this conference anniversary edition aims to foster resilient and sustainable food systems ready to meet the demands of tomorrow. 

Each year the European Federation of Food Science and Technology (EFFoST) organises this prestigious academic food science and technology conference.
